About the Duck Creek HOA
- The Richardson Duck Creek Homeowners Association (RDC-HOA) is a
non-profit, all-volunteer group of residents that seeks to ensure the
safety, enhance the beauty, and encourage the community spirit of the Duck
Creek Neighborhood. Membership in the RDC-HOA costs only $25 per home per
year. Isn't that a bargain for the benefits listed below?
